WLANAudit

WLANAudit is an application that will allow you to audit the security of your wireless networks to see if your password is completely secure. Logically, and in theory this should only be done in networks that belong to you, although the use of this may be very different by others.

Utilizing this application is as simple as it sounds, you push the button to refresh your views of networks that are available, you select your network (or not) and you will see if you get the password. If you can enter the network then you will know its a good idea to change the password.

Once it has finished you can select your network (it is important not to do this with networks that do not belong to you, you may become involved in problems if you do), and see if the security is the same. Or do any other thing that you want.

WLANAudit is one of the tools that shouldn't be used just like it is, it is very easy to use and can help you solve your connection problems, but the consequences that can arise from using it on other peoples networks can be very negative. That is why we say: if you use it, use it on your network, and at your own risk.
